About Natalia Waring Nutrition
In person nutritional support
Hi! My name is Natalia Waring and I am your friendly nutritionist and founder of the Natalia Waring Nutrition clinic based in the city of Hereford, UK.
I follow the functional medicine framework, which is a science-led approach to nutrition, focusing on root cause diagnostics and modern functional testing techniques.
Supporting clients with a wide-range of health conditions, as well as weight management, I will review your diet and lifestyle, recommend a package of nutraceutical support and offer the option of private functional testing with results interpretation.
As a nutritionist, I'm here to support the health of women, men, children, teenagers, older individuals and entire families, as well as the employees and leaders of businesses and organisations.
Join me for 1:1 in person private consultations and discover the power of personalised naturopathic nutrition plans, tailored to your specific health needs.
Get in touch today to begin your journey towards optimum health.
I am really looking forward to working with you.

What is a naturopathic nutritionist?
What is a naturopathic nutritionist?
As a naturopathic nutritionist I support clients with their physical and mental health, offering advice that considers the five pillars of health - diet, sleep, stress, environment and movement. As well as dietary counselling, I also offer a naturopathic physical exam.
How does a naturopathic nutritionist treat illness?
To treat illness and imbalances in the body, naturopathic nutritionists utilise a range of natural approaches such as nutrition and whole-food therapeutics, lifestyle medicine, culinary and medicinal herbs, botanicals, essential oils, medicinal mushrooms, live cultures and nutraceuticals including vitamins, minerals, orthomoleculars and food-grown supplements.
How does natural medicine work?
Naturopathy, or natural medicine, is as alternative to mainstream medicine, using natural approaches to stimulate the body's innate healing ability.
What is the difference between a nutritionist and a dietician?
Nutritionists, or nutritional therapists, consult with individuals on a private basis and those that have completed accredited qualifications can apply to the register of nutritionists with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC) and British Association for Nutrition and Lifestyle Medicine (BANT).
Dieticians require a BSC Hons in Dietetics which qualifies them to work within the NHS, government and public relations. Dietician is a protected title regulated by law.
Both dieticians and nutritionists that have completed accredited courses are well-qualified to advise on nutrition, having both received training in foundational biomedicine, applied nutrition and supervised clinical experience.
