What's included in your initial naturopathic plan?
Your initial naturopathic nutrition plan will be tailored to your specific health needs and include:
- An annotated timeline of your medical history
- A Nutritics® analysis of your food diary to highlight macronutrient ratios and micronutrient imbalances
- Recommended dietary changes
- Lifestyle recommendations covering sleep, stress, your environment and exercise
- A selection of printed resources relevant to your needs
- Letter for your GP informing them that you are working with a nutritionist, outlining your symptoms and requesting any tests
- Referrals to my partnership network of CAM practitioners including phlebotomists, homeopaths, herbalists, health coaches, acupuncturists, chiropractors, osteopaths and aromatherapists where desired.
Functional testing and supplements are priced separately, however to increase affordability for you, functional tests are offered at cost price and supplement commissions are passed onto clients as discounts.
