Starter Programme - £180
Are you a brand new client? Begin with my nutritional therapy starter programme that includes 1x initial consultation and 1x follow-up consultation.
Returning Clients - £135
Are you a returning client? Clients who have completed their starter programme are encouraged to return for regular consultations as and when required.
6-Month Weight Loss Programme - £375
Open to brand new clients who are you looking for a more extended programme focused on sustainable weight-loss. My weight-loss programme includes 1x initial consultation and 3x follow-up consultations.
Under-18 Consultations - £115
Under-18s are offered shorter 1hr consultations. Parents/guardians can register under-18s for an accompanied consultation here.
What's included in your naturopathic plan?
Your naturopathic plans will be tailored to your specific health needs and include:
- An annotated timeline of your medical history
- A Nutritics® analysis of your food diary to highlight macronutrient ratios and micronutrient imbalances
- Recommended dietary changes for a six-week period
- Lifestyle prescription covering sleep, stress, your environment and exercise
- A printed resource pack relevant for you
- Letter for your GP informing them that you are working with a nutritionist, outlining your symptoms and requesting any tests
- Referrals to my partnership network of CAM practitioners including phlebotomists, homeopaths, herbalists, health coaches, acupuncturists, chiropractors, osteopaths and aromatherapists where desired.
Functional testing and supplements are included in your plan as option extras and priced separately, however to increase affordability for you, functional tests are offered at cost price and supplement commissions are passed onto clients as discounts.
